In all our branches, Bergerat Monnoyeur maintenance coordinators organize and plan all interventions of our 340 field mechanics to ensure you a minimum downtime.
Directly from their vehicles, field mechanics have access to Bergerat Monnoyeur work tools (orders, specification requests, localization through GPS, etc).
With its powerful network and its staff well-known know-how, Bergerat Monnoyeur offers its customers a five-star after-sales service.

2/ Logistics
Since many years, Bergerat Monnoyeur has a logistic platform allowing a great availability of Caterpillar spare parts in France.
With more than 107 000 references stocked in a 11 000 m² area, 130 employees are dedicated to send packages as quickly as possible.

3/ Technical Renovation Center
Whatever repairs your machine needs, our dedicated workshop is equipped with up-to-date technology and testing beds for :

Our 50 technicians have been trained to the latest technologies to ensure a faster service. All of the repair process is ISO 9001 & Caterpillar Contamination Control certified as to avoid any pollution risk.

4/ Francis Monnoyeur Training Center
To keep up with Caterpillar constant technological innovations, a few Bergerat Monnoyeur training instructors are dedicated to give our mechanics and field mechanics a tailored training all over the year. They are trained whether on site or in the Francis Monnoyeur Training Center (CPFM).
