The Caterpillar Partstore system gives you the freedom to order parts quickly and efficiently.
This is a web application that can be reached from Bergerat Monnoyeur website www.bm-cat.fr
To have access to the Partstore System, you must :
1.Complete the online form
2.Contact you local after-sales inspector to complete the Partstore contract and send it.
3.Your access to the Partstore System will be activated as soon as we receive your contract.

Document Review
The access to the invoice review is automatically granted with the Partstore access.
Equipment Manager / Product Link
When machines are operating at several different job sites, it becomes more difficult to keep current and accurate records.
Product Link provides two-way information flow between machine on-board systems and your computer through your Bergerat Monnoyeur website and Equipment Manager. Cat Product Link enables the use of Equipment Manager to keep you in touch with your machines.

SOS online
SOS online is a secure application to access your SOS results anytime and anywhere through the Bergerat Monnoyeur website.
