Caterpillar's Ground Engaging Tools are designed to increase machine productivity by matching GET products to machine and its application, and to protect structural or more expensive components from wear.

Caterpillar's GET offer you better penetration, superior durability and higher strength, reducing fuel consumption, cost repairs while increasing productivity.

3/ Caterpillar fluids

Engine and hydraulic oil, coolant and other fluids have been formulated to provide higher standard in performance and life.
They have been tested and approved by Caterpillar to assure customers the same level of technology and quality as CAT machines. Made especially for your machines, they cost less in the long term.

Protect your machine and increase its durability by using the most adapted lubricant for your machine!


4/ Filters


For oil, fuel, air and other systems, Caterpillar filters are specifically designed to protect your machine systems. They are engineered and build to remove more contaminants, providing optimum performance, protection and component life.


Preventive maintenance is one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to get maximum performance and value from your CAT machines and engines.



Customer Support Agreements


CAT machines are chosen for their quality, performance and durability. To get optimal performance from your CAT machines while eliminating the risk, cost or loss of revenue caused by downtime, Bergerat Monnoyeur offers 3 types of Customer Support Agreements.


Those agreements are tailored to fit your business needs and can range from preventive maintenance kits to Full Service Agreements :

  • Inspection+ Service Agreement, including maintenance parts kit such as filters,
  • Maintenance Service Agreement, including all maintenance actions, performed by a Bergerat Monnoyeur technician, based on the service intervals detailed in the CAT maintenance manual delivered with your machine,
  • Full Service Agreement, with all maintenance and repair placed in Bergerat Monnoyeur hands.



Services


1/ Caterpillar Certified Rebuild

Through a CAT renovation process, you can extend your machine productivity and give your machine a "second life". Since the beginning, CAT machines have been made to be rebuilt.

Depending on your machine condition, you can choose between 3 types of renovation :

  • CAT Certified Rebuild Power Train

CPT rebuilds restore your power train to like-new performance.

  • CAT Certified Rebuild Power Train Plus

CPT rebuilds restore your power train plus another part of your machine.

  • CAT Certified Rebuild Machine

The Cat Certified Rebuild program deals with the whole machine, it incorporates the latest Cat technology into your machine.


2/ Standard part exchanges

To preserve your investment and extend the durability of your machine, Bergerat Monnoyeur offers you several options of repairs adapted to your demands.

  • BM standard part exchanges (cost saving with the Cat quality)
  • CAT Reman (remanufactured Cat parts and updated products)


3/ Inspections

  • Annual inspections

By law, annual inspections are compulsory to evaluate the conditions of machines mainly regarding safety.

Our inspectors control carefully your machine according to a predefined list of check points.

  • Periodic inspections

To benefit from our inspectors' know-how and experience, Bergerat Monnoyeur also offers you a maintenance contract allowing periodic inspections of your machine while controlling the costs.
